CARY, NC – Layne Kaufman, who has worked as a swim instructor for over eleven years, began her employment with Atlantis in March of 2006. In May of 2007 she left the area for other opportunities. Atlantis is pleased to announce that in January 2008, she has returned to the area and to Atlantis to work as a lead instructor. As lead instructor she will use her wealth of knowledge, which includes a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine, a background in physical therapy, personal training, and many years of teaching swimming, to not only teach Atlantis students about swimming but to also provide professional development for other Atlantis instructors.
