Polaris World has today officially opened the long awaited Jardines de Alhama show apartments at the resort of Condado de Alhama.
This is the first opportunity for buyers to now visit actual properties and show homes on the resort. Over 2000 properties have already been sold at Condado de Alhama in the last 18 months.
The show homes consist of:
- A two bedroom apartment with roof terrace priced from 119,800 Euros; and
-A three bedroom ground floor apartment with terrace to the front and back of the property from 131,300 Euros.
Villa Cashback is the largest specialist seller of Polaris World homes in Europe. As such it was one of the first Golden Partners invited to see the show apartments at Condado de Alhama on the opening day.

The resort of Condado de Alhama is one of the largest residential golf resorts in Europe covering some 9 million square metres in total. Over 2500 people are employed on the resort with 450 companies working on its construction.
Eight thousand palm trees have already been planted yet this is just a fraction of the nursery stocked on the perimeter of the resort!
It is now possible to tour around the resort on an internal perimeter road to take in the fantastic views across the extensive golf course and towards the national parks of Sierra Carascoy and Sierra Espuna.
Progress is well underway on the front line penthouse apartments at Condado de Alhama that overlook the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, with many of the structures already built.
Likewise the Jardines apartments in the area of Los Naranjos de Alhama are well advanced. The foundations for the Jana villas are beginning to be laid and construction of the lake and La Isla apartments will follow.
