West Hempstead, NY — Ladies Workout Express in West Hempstead, NY, located at 400 Hempstead Turnpike (Next to Stop & Shop), has converted into a full-service Lady of America Fitness Center. Although the health club remains in the same location, the 5,200 sq. ft. renovated Lady of America gym is now twice the size of the original and features numerous new amenities. A grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 2nd at 11a.m. with festivities before and after the ceremony. Festivities include free mini classes beginning at 9a.m., followed by champagne and healthy snacks. On hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony will be Nassau County Legislators Vincent T. Muscarella and John Ciotti, Hempstead Town Councilman Edward A. Ambrosino, as well as members of the West Hempstead and Franklin Square Chamber of Commerce.
