They are hosting a one day workshop in conjunction with the Metrolina Real Estate Investors Association, a not-for-profit Charlotte investment club. The session will focus on the real estate investor themselves and dive into what type of real estate investing strategy is right for them based on the real estate investors three key assets, finances, personality, and life-style. Then each real estate investor will develop a personal game plan to take action and cash in on the changing real estate markets.
“We didn’t want to lecture for a full day so this class is very interactive, there are approximately 30 pages of worksheets for the students to work through to develop an accurate picture of who they are as a potential real estate investor.” According to Judson Voss. “Along with this we will make this a discussion to figure out where their place is in the investing world.”
