Ardentia Search to Open New Office in Dubai, UAE.

Ardentia Search announced today that it has opened a new office in Dubai, UAE. This is in response to growing interest and demand for their product NetSearch, which provides a combined Business Intelligence and Enterprise Search solution to organisations in any market vertical.

It will also enable Ardentia Search to provide superior customer service to all customers within the Middle East region.

Alan Rooke, General Manager of Ardentia Search Middle East, said “The GCC region is a very interesting and exciting market for Ardentia Search.  Many of the large companies in the region have grown organically with the result that they have multiple data bases, on different platforms, using different systems.  Netsearch is the only tool currently available which allows a user a unified view of all of those data bases, through a single, easy to use, user interface regardless of platform or system.  At the same time allowing a user to query both structured and unstructured data sources; the response has been extremely enthusiastic and we hope to be expanding our presence in the region in the near future.”

Alongside the developments within the Middle East, Ardentia Search has also recently released a new version of NetSearch to provide new functionality meeting customer demand.
