Jan. 23, 2008 - PRLog -- Former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney Richard A. Scholer has joined the Ambler-based lemon law and automotive consumer advocacy firm of Kimmel and Silverman (http://www.lemonlaw.com) as an Associate.

Mr. Scholer prosecuted thousands of cases during his tenure with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, progressing through the Municipal Court Unit, Juvenile Unit, Felony Waiver Unit and Major Trials Unit.  His twelve-year career also includes interning with the Honorable Anthony J. DeFino and serving as Court Crier for the First Judicial District Court of Common Pleas.

A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, Mr. Scholer received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and graduated from La Salle University with B.S. in Business Administration.
