The topic of the class will be the "Catering Trifecta." Discussion will focus on how to manage three unique catering operations: off-premise catering, operating the food and beverage at a golf course, and catering in and from a restaurant.
After 27 years of catering in Denver, the Lambatos family knows a thing or two about the industry. Jimmy is excited about the opportunity to share his knowledge and be able to do so with his son. He said, "Catersource is a great opportunity for caterers to learn from each other. I have been fortunate to meet and network with many great caterers from around the country. We are all trying to achieve similar goals, and it seems like everyone has a different take on how to get there. I've learned so much and I look at this as a chance for me to hopefully give something back."
