TEP & TEPE Opening English Summer Course For Adult 18+ in New South Wales, Australia

PRLog (Press Release) – Jan 22, 2008 – for adult age 18 years old and above at the University of New South Wales in Australia from March 17 through June 6, 2008.

Its objectives are to improve participants’ skills in English language and experience cultural differs between the two countries. Registration application is being offered now through January 25, 2008.

“With the success of the Twinning Engineering Programmed (TEP) & Thammasat English Programme of Engineering (TEPE)’s English summer course at the University of New South Wales in Australia in the previous years, we offer adult people age 18 years old and above to apply for this year’s program,” said Dr. Nopadol Uchaipichat, the Assistant Director of TEP & TEPE project.

“The TEP & TEPE project cooperates with the University of New South Wales in Australia to offer an excellent English course at very reasonable expenses. There is no better way to spend your summer holiday than a language course at a reputation educational institution, which you can also make friends and absorb some of the culture of the world-famous city,” he added.

“I am not very confident in myself when using English and was curious about oversea educational system, so I applied for the program and it didn’t make me disappointed. What I gained besides English skills improvement are exciting experiences about cultural differs, learning to take care of myself in foreign country, and making a lot of friends from Asia and Europe,” Mr. Kris Aiumsataporn, one of TEP & TEPE last year English summer course’s participants talked about his exciting experiences.

About TEP & TEPE

The Twinning Engineering Programmes (TEP) was established in 1996 as a joint effort between the Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University and the University of Nottingham, England. This programme has proved to be successful in developing well-trained engineers for Thai and international industries. In a continuing effort to provide more choice and diversity of engineering education for our students, we extended our collaboration to the Faculty of Engineering, the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2006.

The Thammasat English Programme of Engineering (TEPE), established in 2002, offers bachelor degrees in engineering with international-standard educational settings. While all the courses are conducted in English-language, it guarantees that students under the project gained international-standard level both in basic engineering and English communicative skills.
