Daszkal Bolton LLP adds three new Tax Managers to Jupiter office

PR Log (Press Release) – Jan 17, 2008 – BOCA RATON, FL -- Daszkal Bolton LLP, a certified public accounting firm, announced today that three new Tax Managers have joined their Jupiter office:  Venita R. Ackerman, CPA, Kathryn Migliore Salvia, CPA and James Salvia. These new associates focuses on providing innovative tax planning and minimization strategies for high net worth individuals, business owners and executives in the professional services (medical, legal, and architectural), manufacturing, and real estate industries.

”We are committed to Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast,” said co-founding partner Jeff Bolton, CPA.  “The response to our presence in this area has been wonderful and we are excited to be able to provide the specialized tax and accounting services that this community needs. Prior to joining Daszkal Bolton, Ackerman started her career in public accounting at a CPA firm in West Palm Beach, where she stayed for over ten years.  She has experience in representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state taxing authorities, as well as handling complex federal and state tax matters.  

Ackerman received her degree at the University of Hartford in Connecticut where she majored in Biology and Psychology. She is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Business & Professional Division of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

Prior to joining Daszkal Bolton, Kathryn Salvia owned her own accounting firm, and her husband James served in the family business as the Controller and as a Tax Consultant.  The Salvias focused primarily on small, family-owned businesses in the community, but also worked with several large corporations, for which they provided extensive tax and accounting services.

K. Salvia holds a Masters of Accounting degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  

J. Salvia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
