He was the Chief Marketing Officer and a founding shareholder in a financial software start-up in London. He has successfully managed and originated a variety of types of private and public securities issues and secondary offerings.
Mr. Miles has personally placed, sold, or arranged over $3.5 billion of public and private securities in his 20 year Wall Street and boutique investment banking career. He founded and has run for four years his own private placement advisory firm in Princeton, NJ.
He holds a BA in English/Economics with a minor in Geology from St. Lawrence University.
