On January 18, nationally-recognized wellness expert and doctor of naturopathic medicine, Dr. Catherine Wilbert will host two seminars at Sunflower Farmers Markets. The first will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Broadway Boulevard location, while the second seminar will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Speedway Boulevard location. Both seminars are free of charge.

A question and answer session will follow the seminar allowing audience questions on weight management, detox, digestion, effective supplementation, menopause and more.
