is a 24Volt AC module that when added to a sprinkler system disables any other clock control that was not first to initiated. A typical application consists of multiple control clocks on a same value line, Isolators are installed between the control and the switched line so as not to cause a voltage return into the other clocks. This module neutralizes the damaging effects of electricity flowing back into the timer controls when they are not on.
The “Isolator” is a miniature self contained passive control module that is water resistant and can be installed in a timer cabinet or inline with a timer module. The Isolator was engineered for a compact fit and to mount with only one screw and uses wire nuts for its electrical connections. One of the key features of this dual relay driven unit is that it incorporates LEDs to indicate if the Isolator is actively running or if it’s in the disabled mode.
