Mumbai, India - Epitome Global Services, announced the strengthening of its senior management team with the addition of Krishnan (Kris) Sakotai as its Chief Operating Officer. Krishnan will report to Epitome’s Chairman and CEO, Raju Panjwani, and will be responsible for ‘client delivery, operations, human resources, technology, marketing and business development and administration’

Prior to joining Epitome Global Services, Krishnan was Vice President and SBU Head at Karvy Global Services, the business process outsourcing subsidiary of the Karvy Group, a diversified financial services company in India. He built Karvy’s Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) business ab initio. Krishnan also led the financial services practice at Zensar Technologies, a global IT solutions provider in India. Prior to returning to India, Krishnan spent 15 years in the US capital markets industry, working for leading global investment firms such as Standish Mellon Asset Management, Putnam Investments and Wellington Management.
