Radiance Health Solutions (RHS), a detox day spa in Campbell, announced today a new program that will help clients achieve their health goals more effectively. The RHS “Total Transformation Program” combines an intensive 3-day retreat with a 90-day follow-up program that promotes healthy living and pampers clients.
“Retreats give our clients the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and really focus on their own health and wellness,” said Shannon Law, RHS owner. “By following the retreat with a 90-day program, clients are better able to stay committed and apply what they learned during the retreat to their daily routine.”
The 3-day retreat offers a variety of detoxification treatments, nutrition and menu-planning classes, daily “detox” exercise, facials, body wraps, Ayurvedic massage, and cutting edge health information. Participants also receive a customized nutrition guide and information about overcoming food, weight, and body image issues.
“We want people to leave feeling empowered about their own health and their ability to make positive changes,” Law said. “A retreat gives them the tools they need to do that.”
Following the retreat, clients receive detox-diet menu plans, complete shopping lists, recipes, articles, and before and after photos.
The 90-day follow up program compliments health and wellness goals identified by clients at the retreat.
“We give clients three months of support and services to help them stay committed to their own health,” Law said. “It takes time to adopt a new lifestyle and we want to be able to help in that process.”
Services included in the 90-day program include colonics sessions, blood cell analysis testing, life coaching consultations, and nutrition support. Clients also receive three spa treatments per month of their choice.
RHS also holds monthly vegan and raw foods potluck parties to help clients meet other health-conscious people and celebrate successes.
“Providing an atmosphere of community of people where people support each other in their struggles and accomplishments is an important part of our mission,” Law said. “Being able to share experiences and form relationships is an essential part of the Transformation program.”
