The HX10000 carries enhanced 50µm cast vinyl film and now comes with the proven structured PE-coated liner with Hex’Press adhesive technology. Because of its extreme flexibility and conformability this cast vinyl ensures fast and risk free transfers and is particularly recommended for long term applications on complex and compound curved surfaces such as full vehicle wraps.
The adhesive compound facilitates air egress and makes the product repositionable during application while allowing convenient elimination of any folds or air bubbles.
The product provides an exceptional outdoor durability of up to 10 years and is thus the ideal high end solution for difficult curved substrates and rivets and all substrates with long life cycles.
The new HX10000 replaces the previous KG10000 series and is available in 60 high-gloss colours. The roll size is 30m long and 1230mm (48in) wide.
