Reaching Higher Ground, a new networking and support group for women, will hold its first monthly meeting on Monday, January 7, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Clark County Public Library in Springfield, OH. The group is focused on helping women work together to improve themselves and to improve the quality of life for all women in the community.
The first meeting will be an introduction to the group and its goals and objectives for the year. Future meetings will include guest speakers on topics ranging from self-esteem to self-defense. More information can be found at the group’s website.
