DW-TV will be ringing in the New Year at the biggest party in Germany, live from the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. “Welcome 2008! Germany’s Biggest New Year’s Eve Party Live from Berlin" will be broadcast at 22:30 UTC on DW-TV.
The event, which will stretch over two kilometers between the Brandenburg Gate and the Victory Column, will include countless stages, international stars and shows and a world famous New Year's Eve fireworks show.
DW-TV will broadcast the best of this fabulous party with live acts such as Lutricia McNeal and Marquess. Max Hofmann, one of the hosts of DW-TV’s program “Journal” will be hosting the event which attracted around one million people last year.
