The ActionCOACH Executive team, including Founder & CEO Brad Sugars, elected the recipients based off their innovation, contribution, and dedication to ActionCOACH.
After running 23 businesses, Bruce Doyle met Brad Sugars in the mid-1990s and was personally coached by the founder himself. By 2004, Doyle had joined Sugars as a Master licensee in Australia.
Doyle is an international business coach and has grown his personal coaching business into 60 franchises throughout Australia and New Zealand, the largest within the ActionCOACH global network. This has all been achieved in less than five years.

The second recipient, Steve Leach has been with ActionCOACH since the company’s birth 15 years ago. Leach began his career with ActionCOACH as an employee of Sugars in Australia where the company was founded. Leach then went on to get his own business coaching license and purchased a territory to coach in Australia in the Queensland area of Australia.
“Steve Leach’s longevity with ActionCOACH traces back to his beginnings as one of my first employees based in Australia. He has an abundance of knowledge he has passed on to his clients that he gained through tested and measured strategies,”
Steve Leach said, “As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life.”
The Hall of Fame award will be given out annually at the Global ActionCOACH Conference. The next conference is scheduled for August 2008 in Newport Beach, CA where coaches from 26 countries will come together.
