Dec 21, 2007 – On time for the New Year the Japanese version of AmazingDusseldorf.com is launched on 21 December with support of Mitsubishi Electric Europe.
Little Tokyo on the Rhine, as the capital of NRW is often referred to, is the largest colony of the land of the rising sun on mainland Europe. 7 681 Japanese inhabitants and more than 400 Japanese companies in the region contribute to this title and support the economic boom of the city of Dusseldorf. Leading positions of these enterprises are mostly taken by Japanese citizens who are often only for some years in the professional application in Germany, accompanied by their families. Strong connections to home and the new cultural surroundings do not make a quick settling in easier.
