Acceptance Capital Names Informative Research A “preferred Provider”

This new business alliance between Acceptance Capital, a national mortgage services firm headquartered in Spokane, Wash., and Informative Research, an established credit information provider based in Garden Grove, Calif., gives Acceptance Capital loan originators direct credit access to Fannie Mae, as well as a selection of online credit rescoring and simulation tools, flood determination and property valuation utilities.

With the recent announcement, Acceptance Capital originators can also seamlessly re-issue Informative Research credit reports to more than 30 of the nation’s top lenders, including Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage Group and Homecomings Financial.

Tony D’Eccliss, Vice President of Sales at Informative Research, said that the integration was “fast and simple,” adding that he expects Acceptance Capital to see some bottom-line improvements as a result of the new pairing.

“They [Acceptance Capital] are smart mortgage professionals,” D’Eccliss said, “They know that one way to excel in today’s challenging market is to align your business with a credit vendor that offers more.  The tools we’ve developed – including Spanish language credit reports and fast rescoring services – will help them increase their customer base and make the most of the borrowers they already have.”

According to D’Eccliss, Informative Research is already integrated into Calyx Point™, the loan origination technology platform used by the majority of Acceptance Capital originators.
