Digital Hype Entertainment Network has announced the debut of “My Hype” Beta which allows users to meet and discuss issues, network and meet new friends. My Hype is the premier free interactive social network website that represents Generation Y and presents a package of integrated interactive tools and technology designed specifically to deliver an innovative sharing tool that reflects a users experiences with people who share common values, interests, ambitions and lifestyles: Digital Hype "My Hype" Beta is scheduled to launch January 1, 2008. At launch, My Hype Beta will be a social networking platform with innovative functionality at the highest quality well above other countless networking sites.
Members can use customized user profiles to include information that features a user’s taste and preference or their favorite music, movies, and television shows. The profile can also include completely custom fields set by the network. Every My Hype member gets their own online journal or blog where they can post their thoughts, comments, and stories. The My Hype platform includes blogging tools that allow users to post via a user friendly WYSIWYG editor that can embed photos and videos. My Hype members will have the ability to upload an unlimited number of photos to their site and create any number of albums to store their photos with an option to import photos via the Flash slideshow module using photos from their gallery to share in their blogs or on other sites. My Hype users can also search for specific content or members using built in search functionality. Advance user features include security settings that allow users to set their blog posts, photos, videos, and entire site to be viewable only by friends or only to themselves.
Terrance Henderson, President/Creative Director of Team Media Creations Studios, and head of its online broadband entertainment division Digital Hype Media, sees the social networking website as a user friendly alternative to other networking sites. The users have the ability to “Hype Up” their profiles with our online gadgets, widgets, and tools incorporated within the service at no charge, however, users are allowed to import third party accessories to “Hype Up” and edit their profiles.
