Advance Realty’s newest franchise, Advance Realty Preferred Properties, will celebrate a grand opening event on January 17, 2008. Located between New York City and the Philadelphia marketplace, the office is a prime location with much local competition. New franchisees, Mark Homa and Anna DiBella, are excited about the future. “I am looking forward to bringing my experience in business to the Advance Realty family and building solid relationships to expand the business to its most profitable levels,” states Mark Homa. Homa’s professional background includes working as an agent for Speakman Realty, an accountant for CBS in New York City and 26 years of financial and sales experience. As a former Help-U-Sell agent, DiBella brings extensive sales history and experience to the franchise. The steadily growing office is already in the process of recruiting and interviewing two agents per week. Homa relates,
