This issue has been bothering me for quite a long time. How and to what degree the process of globalization influenced the business of Real Estate.
Was it possible to speak about the International Real Estate at all?
I think that it was possible and that International Real Estate existed but I am almost hundred percent certain that we could not speak about it on such a scale. In my opinion, before the age of internet and global media the International Real Estate was a domain of an exclusive elite with an excessive ammount of financial resources.
If we look at the process of globalization, especially the development of the internet we can clearly say that thanks to it a large number of Internet Real Estate companies was established. What is more they are prospering very well and they are very very lucrative.
