COLUMBIA, MD - ADG Creative, a strategic communications, marketing, design and interactive media firm in Columbia, Maryland, is pleased to announce the appointment of Barry Buckalew as Creative Services Manager.
In this role, Mr. Buckalew’s key objective is to further improve the effectiveness of ADG’s creative process. “My job is to make sure the creative team can better accomplish their jobs by implementing standardized methods for communication, training, process, and feedback,” states Buckalew.
Buckalew provided team management and customer support in the computer software industry for over16 years, leading successful teams in proprietary and third party installations, training, account management, data conversions and system migration. His process-driven experience helps make ADG’s project management even more streamlined and effective.
“During my tenure with my previous company, I saw the company grow from 17 to 90 personnel,” Buckalew adds. “I saw what works and what doesn’t work. The insight that comes from that kind of experience combined with project management and system implementation knowledge will help in standardizing a project management process that contributes to ADG’s growth and success.”
Jeff Antkowiak, the firm’s CEO and Chief Creative Officer says, “The addition of Barry’s analytic approach will bring many efficiencies to ADG, but the bottom line is that his discipline approach and organizational skills will afford our staff more time to do what they do best, be creative.”
