Health Associations Can Now Easily Report Data to the CIHI Health Human Resources Database Development Project
Charlottetown, PE, Canada - November 28, 2007 – Timeless Medical Systems today announced the release of the Timeless Health Professionals Membership System version 2.0.
The Timeless Health Professionals Membership System is an online, full featured, member management system that tracks customizable member fields, processes member renewals, provides reporting capabilities (such as Health Human Resource Forecasting)
Version 1.0 of the Timeless Health Professionals Membership System has been in use by the professional health associations and societies on Prince Edward Island since June, 2005. The system was specifically designed to allow for ease of voluntary collaboration with other organizations, e.g. exporting data to CIHI’s Health Human Resources Databases Development Project.
Version 2.0 of the Timeless Health Professionals Membership System contains all of the unique association data sets which integrate with CIHI standards ‘out of the box’. Exporting of information to CIHI occurs seamlessly and eliminates the need to write up separate reports. Sending information to CIHI can be accomplished with the click of a mouse. The Timeless Health Professionals Membership System uses role level security to set permissions for users. It is through this feature the system administrator can limit what sections of the system a member will have access to.
The Timeless Health Professionals Membership System is web based. It is designed to be easy to use and can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection. All information sent to the system is done securely as the Timeless Health Professionals Membership System is built to meet health industry standards for data security, privacy and integrity.
The Timeless Health Professionals Membership System gives members the ability to change their own profiles at anytime. In addition to that, they can also do so periodically. If they do not have all of the required information at the time of trying to register, the system will save all information they have entered and they can come back and finish registration at a later date.
Once members are entered into the system, the renewal process can be initiated by simply writing and sending an email that is delivered to every member in the system. This feature can also be used to keep members up to date with upcoming deadlines as well as with the latest information about your association.
