The 20 year wait is over! Amisco Industries to offer case goods.

Nov. 26, 2007 - PRLog -- I have been in furniture for over 20 years. In that time I have become very familiar with a certain manufacturer called Amisco Industries located in Quebec, Canada. As a company they started out making school furniture and before they or anyone else would have guessed, they found themselves making well built, quality home furnishings. Amisco is an interesting company in that much of the population in Quebec are French. (French is the official language in Quebec.) This brings a European heritage to much of the designs and concepts that Amisco uses in its furniture today.

The main product categories Amisco offers are dining room sets which are available with metal bases and glass tops or melamine tops. Bars which often include frosted glass tops. A wide variety of matching chairs and stools available in many fabrics and metal colors. Club chairs and tables. Platform beds available in many modern and traditional styles. I remember when amisco had just a small offering of bunks, a few bed styles and some assorted chairs, office chairs and desks. However, over the years they have done a fine job of expanding their offerings to meet the demands of today's market and their newest addition to the line I think has been long overdue.

This year Amisco introduced case goods to go with their beds. Case goods is typically an industry term for dressers, chests, nightstands, mirrors and so on that go with a matching bed or platform bed in this case. Amisco unveiled two new styles in the summer of 2007. One called the Europa and the other America. These units are available in cognac or mocha and the bases are metal which can be ordered in the same metal finish as the platform beds. Another nice touch by Amisco was the introduction of 7 mirrors to match some of the most popular beds. I have been a strong advocate that Amisco needed to add case goods to their line of products as so many other established manufacturers of bedrooms offer these and I'm pleased to see that Amisco is making these to go with their already popular bed line.

If you're in the market for well built, quality North American furniture you should definitely look into what Amisco has to offer. With the new offerings in bedroom furniture in the way of case goods and their lines of dining room and club furniture you are sure to bring European style and beauty into your home for everyone to enjoy.

Notes from the author: Amisco is sold through many major retailers throughout the United States and Canada. It is also available online through select retailers. Amisco Industries is located in Quebec, Canada and is a manufacturer of quality steel products.
