Horizon Forest Products and Long Floor Appoint Product Manager for Raleigh Branch

Nov. 25, 2007 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Representatives from Horizon Forest Products (HFP), a top distributor of products for hardwood flooring contractors and custom cabinetmakers in the southeast, and Long Floor have announced the recent addition of Bob Huckabee to their corporate staff.  In his role, Huckabee will be responsible for product placement, product tracking, vendor relations, and sales training and promotion.

Huckabee graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration.  Before joining HFP, he served for four years as a Regional Sales Manager for Anderson Hardwood Floors where he was responsible for distributor relations, sales, training, product introduction, and promotions.  

As Product Manager, Huckabee hopes to build on current vendor relationships through increased internal communication and enhanced product planning.  “We want to be more important to our key suppliers,” says Huckabee.  “We’ll accomplish this by continuing to provide the best products on the market, as well as the best customer service experience.  We know that if we take care of our customers, then we’ll be able to satisfy our vendors.”
