Real estate and mortgage broker Ed Irwin announced today that Integra Real Estate & Mortgage has partnered with Jim Rockwell of Rockwell Realty, a local real estate firm with 45 agents. Irwin and Rockwell joined forces to better serve their clients and to further develop the resources and offerings of both firms.
With 24 years of experience, Irwin will take over the day-to-day management of Rockwell’s operations, giving his partner more time to recruit new agents. Unique from its competitors, the Rockwell program is designed for real estate agents who want to reduce their overhead and business costs while maintaining a professional image and providing clients with complete real estate service.

Irwin’s announcement today came on the heels of Integra’s recent move from Mercer Island to Bellevue. “We felt it was important to be closer to most of our clients,” Irwin said.

Irwin has been an attorney since 1967, a real estate broker since 1978 and a mortgage broker since 1983.
