Crucial Communications, LLC in East Randolph, VT offers 'Point to Communicate' booklets. Arlene Disbrow created this system in response to her father's need to communicate with her, his family, and his health care team. He had Parkinson's and Lyme's, and was no longer able to speak. Arlene Disbrow has worked in the health care industry for many years and, at the time, was a communication partner for a non verbal client with traumatic brain injury and austism. This was her gift to her father.
