“Zoomin Groomin” Mobile Pet Spa Now Pampers Pets Door-to-Door in Montgomery County

Zoomin Groomin Mobile Pet Spa has recently launched their first franchise in Maryland.
   
Zoomin Groomin is a full-service grooming salon on wheels, where pets can look out the window of the state-of-the-art van and have the peace of mind of seeing their home while they are pampered with a luxurious hydrosurge therapeutic bath, fluff dry, hair trim and styling.   Ear, teeth and nail maintenance are the finishing touches. Only the finest natural products are used and each pet is given individual attention.  

Annalee Cardillo, a resident of Silver Spring, is the new owner of the Zoomin Groomin franchise, which will be operated by groomer and manager, Dawn Meade.

Ms. Cardillo, a businesswoman with a Master’s degree, intends to remain working at her current job in sales and marketing in the corporate world.  Ms. Meade, a professional certified groomer, will oversee Zoomin Groomin operations.  Ms. Meade attended Virginia School of Pet Grooming and received a certificate from the state.  She is a resident of Gaithersburg.

“As I’m growing towards my retirement years, I wanted to invest in something that would bring in extra income and the Zoomin Groomin opportunity was an ideal fit,” explained Ms. Cardillo.  “I was very fortunate to find Dawn, who has strong management and marketing skills, to oversee operations.  Dawn is knowledgeable, compassionate and really great with animals.  She’s gifted - even with difficult animals and handles them very well.”
   
Besides customers in single family and town homes, Zoomin Groomin will also cater to pets (and their owners) residing in retirement communities, assisted living communities, apartment and condo complexes.  

“Our furry clients receive the royal treatment in our fully equipped, state-of-the-art, climate controlled van.  Because we go to their homes, the grooming process is streamlined, pets aren’t getting stressed out like they would waiting around in a cage at a grooming salon and we dote on them.  By making pets as comfortable and happy as possible, grooming becomes a very positive experience,” noted Ms. Meade.
