The position is for customer service at an inbound customer service call centre. No outgoing sales calls or telemarketing. We have both Unilingual and Bilingual positions available and the selected candidates need to be available full time for a 24/7 environment.
Most of the other hours would be 8am-8pm Mon-Fri or 8am-11pm Mon-Fri. The rate is $10.50/hour for unilingual and $11.50/hour or $12/hour based on experience for bilingual.
This company has recently gone public (on the TSX) so there is a tremendous opportunity for very quick advancement into supervising, training and even management roles if desired.
