Many Asia countries are setting up the spread of Korea Natural Gas Vehicles(NGV) as a Benchmarking.

The spread of Korea Natural Gas Vehicles is warmly welcomed by various countries like Southeast Asia Malaysia, Thailand, India, Vietnam.

Because of higher oil price and protection of environment, many countries are attracted by the spread of Korea NGV.

According to industrialization and the national income’s rising, many people owned car.
So air pollution problem more serious than before. Korean government reached the limits of air pollution resolving so; they tried to promote supply and developing of Natural Gas Vehicles for supply of pollution vehicles.

For this Korean govt started supply and developing of natural gas engine bus ahead 2002 Korea Japan world cup.  

Korea Hyundai Motor(worldwide.hyundai-motor.com) and Daewoo Bus (www.daewoobus.com) succeed in natural gas engine bus developing, and operated natural gas bus service at Incheon&Gyeonggi ansan. As success of this promotion natural gas bus has operated across the country.
However, because lack of natural gas charging station they couldn’t supply bus. They tried constructing new gas charging station but people who live nearby against. Besides, need huge investment. Finally, Korea ministry of environment fined new solutions.
