Looking to make his book available to the most people, author AR Horvath is striving to make his book available in the most possible formats. To this end, an audio book version of his book is being worked on. Each new segment is released as a free podcast which means that subscribers to the feed will be able to eventually have the whole audio book. The first segment is already available.
Horvath explains, “The interesting thing about stories is that they can be enjoyed by reading them or by hearing them. Offering my book as an audio book means that people who prefer to listen to stories will have access, too.”
Why not an e-book? Horvath says, “An e-book is definitely in the cards. What prompted me to think about an audio book version of my book is my experience as a truck driver. It so happens that my book was inspired while I was an over the road trucker and the book even contains sights and scenes that I saw with my own eyes while traveling across the country. Truckers certainly read books, too, but if I wanted to ‘give back’ I knew I needed most of all to put my book into audio form.”
