As a worldwide minister I've been to over 50 countries and 6 continents proving the Word and ways of the Lord to bring divine breakthrough. It has been my observation that when a church loses its ability to shout and rejoice it is dead. Even the Bible says the Holy Spirit speaks expressly, that is the Spirit of the Lord is about exuberant expression (1 Timothy 4:1). Father God seeks children who worship Him in spirit and truth (John 4:24).
God goes up with a shout and shall return with a shout when Jesus comes back to earth (see Psalm 47:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:16). The Bible states "let them shout for joy and be glad" - referencing God's people (Psalm 35:27). The truth is not every Pastor and denomination lets its people get happy about God and vocally lift up their voice.
In many places a holy hush is preferred rather than a divine rush, a sober pout than a joyful shout, and a cold pew instead of fiery purpose. The Bible however says they who truly know their God will be full of a joyful sound, which shall cause them to walk in the light of His countenance (Psalm 89:15). David who wrote the psalms was a worshipper and man after God's own heart.
Enthusiasm is faith set on fire! If your church isn’t burning hot it is breaking down and not known around town. My desire to to impart fresh fire to the leaders and people of God so they can overcome and impact their communities.
It's time God's people were liberated from fear and dead religion so they can powerfully arise to plunder hell below of precious souls and populate heaven.
There can be no destiny without intensity! The world is bold about expressing their vanity, profanity, and selfish idolatry. We therefore in Christ must match their intensity with passionate expression and fearless confession. It's time we stop watching things happen and boldly start making things happen!
For too long has the church merely been cerebral trying to fit in. It's time for the church of the living God to be spiritual and stand out to make a distinction and difference in society.
