Link Building Through Online PressRelease Distributors

Panama Internet Marketing (http://panamainternetmarketing.com) conducted a small research study regarding the effects of press release distribution services on search engine optimization (SEO). The goal of the study was to find out which of the free press release distribution services help websites achieve better search engine rankings on major search engines like Google.

“There are hundreds of online press release distributors out there. Some of them are for free, some charge a little fee and some are outright expensive. The majority of webmasters operate on a shoestring budget and that’s why we limited the study solely to free online press release distributors,” said Peep Laja, Director of Panama Internet Marketing

The study found 10 major free press release distribution services that help websites rank better by placing an active link to the website. Search engines give websites that have a large number of links pointing to the site higher ranks than those with fewer amounts of links.

“As press releases distributed online hardly ever reach real journalists, the main goal for using such services should be to enhance search engine rankings. That is why we recommend submitting  press releases  to all of those services to get more links to your website,” explained Laja
