Traditional Italian restaurant, Café Nova on Surrey Street has a novel idea that is set to bring out Sheffield’s diners in their hoardes – up to 60% off their restaurant bill on the throw of a dice!
Every Wednesday Evening, starting next Wednesday, 21 November from 7pm, diners will be offered a dice when they ask for the bill. Whatever number you throw on the dice represents the discount you will receive on the bill. Each spot on the dice equals 10% off.
Hence, if you throw a 1, you receive 10% discount; if you throw a 2 you receive a 20% discount, and if you throw the magic number – 6 – you will receive a 60% discount. Terms and conditions apply, ask at Café Nova Sheffield for full details.
Daniela Massarella, marketing manager for Café Nova, said: “We understand that there are increasingly lots of places to eat out in Sheffield, so we wanted to do something that’s not only great fun and sets us apart, but which could potentially save customers a lot of money at the same time. We are planning to do the throw-a-dice promotion every Wednesday from 7pm and expect it to be a big hit.
”A minimum of 10% discount is great, but up to 60% discount on the throw of a dice is likely to prove very popular. Hence we’ve had to make it bookings only, but apart from that there’s really no catches.”
The throw a dice promotion is from the a-la-carte menu only and does not apply to Christmas menu bookings or other special occasions like New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
