Greater Cincinnati Software Firm Wins ‘Best Place to Work’ Honors
SAP Certified Software Firm Quadrate Chosen From 25 Businesses Honored
Mason, OH – November 12, 2007 – During a luncheon at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center on November 8, Greater Cincinnati software firm Quadrate was honored along with fellow area businesses as a “Best Place to Work,” as named by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
The eight winners were chosen from a field of 25 finalists, with Quadrate taking home top honors in the small business category. A morning session focused on how human resources departments can better engage their work forces, featured Richard Hadden, co-author of "Contented Cows Give Better Milk," and "Contented Cows Moove Faster," along with a panel of former Best Places to Work winners. The speaker and topic hit home with Quadrate founder and CEO Philippe Jardin, whose own website features the contented cow. The software leader stressed the importance of fostering an energetic and enthusiastic workforce that creates better outcomes for Quadrate clientele.
“Certainly, we are honored to be recognized, but it is a credit to our clientele and to our very hard working team who embrace our mission. We do things differently at Quadrate,” Jardin said. “We believe that happy employees make for satisfied clients. While we work in the complex SAP environment, we are dedicated to simplifying our client’s data management needs and consistently providing superior service and technology with some fun and flair. You can produce amazing results, achieve high performance and still have a positive, fun work environment.”
Finalists were evaluated in the areas of Feeling Valued, Team Effectiveness, People Practices, Individual Contribution, Trust with Co Workers & Senior Leaders, as well as on the overall work environment.
