The first US vs. UK Street Dance Championships were held in December 2005 in London, England. Where a British home-crowd, saw the US defeated in a close breathtaking competition. In 2008 the world will witness this event for the first time ever, taking place in front of an American home-crowd. Will this make a difference, or will history repeat itself?
Coming straight to the United States is this sensational event, that will draw out the very best dance groups from around the US to throw-down their most exhilarating Street Dance routines in a spectacular live showdown event held in non-other than the birthplace of Hip Hop... New York City.
Every dance troupe will perform their most spectacular routine at the US Street Dance Championships scheduled for April 2008. In the quest to be crowned not only the best in the United States but to also represent the US against the UK, at the US vs. UK Street Dance Championship scheduled to take place in October 2008.
That’s right, the best groups in the UK have already been selected and are preparing to take on the US.
