Window Seal announces contract with Southern Window Systems for its all Metal Window Buck System.

Revolutionary company will provide window bucks for a 700 window high rise hotel/condo currently under construction on International Drive in Orlando, Florida.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Nov 02, 2007 – Window Seal, Inc. (www.windowseal.net), designers and manufacturers of the world’s only all Metal Window Buck System, announced today that is has entered into an agreement to supply Southern Window Systems, Inc. (Lakeland, FL) it’s system for window installations.  Southern Window Systems is a premier supplier of windows and installations for high rise buildings and residential construction in Central Florida.  The potential value of the contract is in excess of one million dollars.

The first building in which Southern Windows will use the system is a large high rise hotel/condo currently under construction on International Drive in Orlando, The Villas at Lake Eve. Window Seal will be providing window bucks for the 700 windows, 14 story building. “The reason that we decided to install our windows with the Window Seal product is that we have seen, from past experience, the weaknesses in wood bucking, especially at the corners,” David Melville, President of Southern Window Systems, states. “The way that the Window Seal system marries together at the corners puts that issue to rest for us.”  During the initial test installation, the building project manager stated “this is the best window installation I have ever seen.”  The developer plans several additional hotel projects and intends to use the product in those buildings as well.

“Our company has been working with the window industry for the last year to show how our system improves the water and storm resistance of window installations in Florida.  Up until now, windows were installed with a wood buck between the wall and the window.  This piece of wood has been shown to be a weak spot in creating leaks.  With our recent storm experience, builders have been looking for better ways to improve window installations and reduce water intrusion.  Southern Window Systems is leading the way with this new installation method, “said David Saintsing, CEO of Window Seal.
