“People spend a great deal of money on their once-in-a-lifetime events; they want to make sure everything is just right. Our product is customizable on many levels, so it is important that we offer a service that will ensure the customer gets exactly what they want, that there is no chance for misunderstanding.”
“We craft a limited number of masques a month, so when we are at production capacity we have to turn people away. A private consultation ensures the customer a production slot. It gives them priority.”
Karnevàl bends over backward for their customers, even going so far as to deliver last minute orders, no matter where the customer is.
“When shipping costs the same as a plane ticket, we’d rather fly a representative and the product to the customer, to make absolute certain it gets there intact and on time. We work with many high end party and event planners, quality service is as important to us as quality products.”
When customers send photos and thank-you emails, Karnevàl posts them in the workshop.
“It inspires our artists. They love to see when other people are enjoying their art. It gives everyone in the workshop a real positive energy.” says Keable, “Through our masques we get to attend many events we would never have a hope of attending.”
Karnevàl is currently working to offer the same service in New York and Los Angeles.
“Until then people still come to us from all over the world. We just finished a meeting with a designer from Trinidad and Tobago. Still, we’d like to make it easier for our customers to access us.”
