After 18 months in the making, http://www.textfromabove.com is now available to the public. This service is unlike any other. Textfromabove is a Christian text message and email messaging system where users may schedule the unlimited delivery of bible verse and faith passages to their mobile device or desktop whenever they want them.
The service is unique because virtually all providers that offer ‘bible verse’ text messaging programs offer a ‘once per day’ service, most often sent at the times chosen by the provider.
“Our system is very different” said Steve Hartman, founder and General Manager of the new venture. “We set out to give the user the ability to schedule the delivery of unlimited faith based content to any device they wanted at the times they designate, and we achieved our goal after significant development and testing. We are very excited to share this service with people of faith.”
Another feature makes the system available for use to all churches and faith based organizations as a free communication tool to their membership. Textfromabove.com also donates a percentage of any subscriber’s fees to whatever church they designated to receive them.
