RALEIGH, N.C. – Brooks Savage, CEO of the Executive Staffing Group, a firm specializing in strategic staffing, human resources, payroll services, and training, has announced that Michelle Schultes has joined the firm as a junior recruitment manager.  In this position she will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and placing top candidates in the firm’s clients’ offices, as well as maintaining a relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfactions.  Schultes has previous experience as a human resources and training coordinator for Headway Corporate Resources as part of an onsite team at Genworth Financial.  She received an associate of arts degree at Wake Tech Community College and resides in Raleigh with her husband Bill.
