FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) –
Oct 24, 2007 – The UK's fastest growing call centre franchise, New Opportunities, reveals its latest call centre to open in Cardiff which will be fully operational on 3rd November 2007.
New Opportunities Cardiff will fill a gap in the Cardiff business community for a local call centre, for local businesses and will also serve clients on a national basis who require 24/7 call centre support. Working across a diverse range of business sectors, New Opportunities provides inbound and outbound call centre services for small to medium sized businesses. Bradley Kellard, Operations Director for the group, said: “I am delighted to welcome Richard Otoo on board as Branch Director for New Opportunities Cardiff. Richard joins us from a financial and call centre orientated background and has the energy, enthusiasm and passion to deliver the unrivalled levels of service the New Opportunities brand stands for”. New Opportunities is a new breed of call centre. Their plans are to open ‘mini’ call centres in the heart of business communities, staffed by small teams of highly skilled, articulate and commercially aware personnel. The group is aiming for around 80 centres in total, still allowing them to compete against industry giants. The group has ambitious expansion plans and is aiming to be the UK’s largest inbound and outbound, multi-site call centre in the UK. “The response we have received in relation to the New Opportunities Franchise has been phenomenal. We officially launched the franchise on 1st October 2007 and we have already signed two franchisees. We are, however, following a strict franchisee recruitment process, which places a real emphasis on quality, not quantity” said Ian Johnstone, Franchise Director. "We are currently in advanced discussions with a number of individuals who have expressed an interest in running their own New Opportunities call centre. Further centres are in the planning stages and will be announced in due course." he concluded. # # # New Opportunities has been trading as a full-service call centre since 2002.
