Russell Bedford International names Rex Consulting as Correspondent firm in Bulgaria

PRLog (Press Release) – Oct 17, 2007 – Russell Bedford International, the worldwide network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has announced that Rex Consulting Ltd has joined the network as a Correspondent firm in Bulgaria.

Rex Consulting Ltd was founded in 1995 and is a multi-discipline accounting, tax and legal services practice.
 
Ventsislav (Venzi) Vassilev is the founder, senior partner and majority shareholder.  Venzi studied Economics and Accounting at Bristol University in the UK.  He then worked for a Big-5 accounting firm before establishing his own practice. There are four other partners: Yulia Peeva, Boris Vassilev, Petia Ivanova and Rossitza Tzvetkova.

Rex Consulting and the law firm Bazlyankov, Stanoev & Tashev (BST) have formed a strategic alliance. The two firms share newly refurbished offices in the capital, Sofia.  Rex also has a subsidiary in the town of Varna - the largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.  Another office was opened in May 2007 in the industrial town of Plovdiv.

The majority of Rex Consulting’s work is in the fields of accounting and tax, including bookkeeping, payroll services and tax consulting.  Rex Consulting has arrangements with several independent auditors to support clients' financial audit requirements.  

Rex has a multi-lingual staff and many overseas clients, especially foreign investors in Bulgarian real estate.
