FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Oct 18, 2007 – Samsung Electronics Australia, a worldwide leader in refrigeration, today launched a new top-mounted freezer range. The ideal choice for first time-fridge purchasers and families thinking of replacing their second fridge - http://www.samsung.com/au/products/refrigerators/index.asp , the new product range delivers smarter storage solutions through improved interior design.

“This refrigerator range - http://www.samsung.com/au/products/refrigerators/index.asp builds on Samsung’s current leading refrigeration market position by providing consumers with an affordable product, with a genuine, feature-rich alternative to what’s now on offer,” said Mike Lilly, Senior Product Manager – Kitchen Appliances, Samsung Electronics Australia. “With smarter interior construction, Samsung has developed a highly functional product range.”

These intelligently designed fridges enable consumers to store bulkier items like two litre bottles in the deeper door bins, and more fruit and vegetables in Samsung’s enlarged, dedicated drawer. The improved shelving space also enables larger items to fit comfortably within the refrigerator compartment.

Improved design allows for a designated dispenser to protect delicate items such as eggs. Samsungs new range also features advanced technology to maximise the quality and life of food such as Samsung’s Silver Nano Deodoriser, multi-flow cooling and full body insulation. These technologies regulate the fridge’s interior humidity levels and protect food from harmful bacteria, keeping it fresher for longer.

With clean and simple lines in a stylish glossy white finish, the new Samsung range provides consumers with a simple yet attractive exterior opening into a smarter, more functional interior. Samsung’s commitment to design and technology make this new range the ideal choice for first-time fridge purchasers and those looking for a highly-affordable and functional second refrigerator.
