Psychometrics Canada is holding the first Canadian, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Professional Development Conference, October 18-19, 2007 in Calgary, AB.
As companies struggle with employee retention in this hot labor market there has been an increased demand for staff development programs. More and more companies across Canada have realized that understanding personality is not just important for employee selection, but also for developing current staff.
Next week, professionals will be coming from coast to coast to learn about improving organizational and employee performance through a better understanding of individual personality.
