Train the Trainer Seminars Rise in Popularity

Bob Pike's Train the Trainer Boot Camp and the American Management Association's Training the Trainer are very popular. Companies seem to want to train groups of trainers at one time and are registering more than one individual for these courses. "We want everyone on the same page, standardizing their training procedures" one of the registrants told SeminarInformation.com.  

Companies are looking internally for training and are developing their own staff of trainers who can train on company standards and practices.  "While the public seminar market continues to be robust" Piontkowski states, "companies are looking to manage budgets by training internally when locally presented courses aren't available."
