Oct. 11, 2007 - PRLog -- Atlanta's newest referral group for women is on FIRE. Women Intelligently Networking  (WIN), currently hosted at the Midtown Athletic Club at Windy Hill in Marietta, has often had to turn into standing room only due to the popularity of the lunch group. Much of the allure of attending and participating in the group is the indisputable transformation of so many members each week as they evolve from timid professionals into beautiful extroverted presenters with a newfound grasp on their unique selling proposition and ability to articulate what a good referral would be for them.

One of the benefits of WIN is that members are featured as a speaker to our group, which averages 23 people each week, to further educate the audience on what we don't yet know about the speakers services and how we can help them get better referrals. We treat the group as an organic whole of which everyone contributes to it and strengthens it and thus everyone can benefit it from exponentially more.

WIN is committed to continually providing educational opportunities to improve on women's networking skills. We greatly advocate warm referrals versus leads and organize training sessions to help cultivate these deeper referrals. A sense of community exists among the members and lends itself to collaboration on joint marketing ideas and topics that force one to think outside of the box.

Women Intelligently Networking (WIN) was founded in March 2007 by Taryn Pisaneschi. Recruited by Taryn, Marie Pijanowski helps her facilitate meetings and bring our many ideas down to earth to implement one at a time. We meet the first 3 thursdays of each month with members only workshops on the remaining Thursdays. The meeting starts at 11:30 and lasts until 1 PM where most people stay and network until about 2.
