Atlanta's newest referral group for women is on FIRE. Women Intelligently Networking (WIN), currently hosted at the Midtown Athletic Club at Windy Hill in Marietta, has often had to turn into standing room only due to the popularity of the lunch group. Much of the allure of attending and participating in the group is the indisputable transformation of so many members each week as they evolve from timid professionals into beautiful extroverted presenters with a newfound grasp on their unique selling proposition and ability to articulate what a good referral would be for them.

WIN is committed to continually providing educational opportunities to improve on women's networking skills. We greatly advocate warm referrals versus leads and organize training sessions to help cultivate these deeper referrals.
