Three Texas based companies, Mt Xia, Edgetec, and Ozus, announced today the formation of a partnership, resulting in the formation of a new company, TriParadigm, LLC. The purpose of this partnership is to consolidate and emphasize the strengths of each individual partner and to provide an international platform for future growth. TriParadigm is designed to offer a wide range of information technology services and products to it's customers that includes business continuity consulting, audit compliance and response, security assessment and remediation, staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, and automated datacenter management tools.
The three participating companies in this partnership have focused in the past on different areas within the field of Information Technology. Mt Xia focuses primarily on business continuity and disaster recovery related consulting services. Ozus focuses mainly on audit compliance, audit response, response, security assessment and remediation, and Edgetec has focused on IT business services, staff augmentation and outsourcing services.
Each of the three partners will continue conducting business under their own company identities with the intent of expanding their service and product offerings to customers via TriParadigm, LLC. TriParadigm will act as the marketing focal point and project management service for all core products and services of the partnering companies, while utilizing the staff and expertise of these companies to perform the technical work. Also, TriParadigm will become the international representative of the partnering companies, thus reducing the marketing costs and increasing the exposure of each.
