Strange happenings abound at the Inn, whose former residents are said to still walk the halls and communicate with guests. The house has been featured in national publications (USA Today, NY Post, Flair, & Real Simple, Yankee Magazine, Boston Globe), books (Joseph Citro's "Green Mountain Ghosts"), and "Haunted Vermont" has been featured on ABC television.
Visitors will be treated to a Victorian Halloween event that includes a full house history, lessons on ghost hunting and spiritualism, a "haunt hunt" and tour of the manor's eerie hallways, basement vault, and secret staircase, and participate in an actual séance.
Tickets to The Haunting and dinner cost $70. Due to the realistic nature of the program, it is not recommended for children under 13.
